Potty Training Update

Kaden was at my dad and step-mom's house for the past 24 hours. Cathy (step-mom) updated me today that Kaden only had one accident (#2)! The rest of the time he has been wearing big boy underwear and hasn't had any other accidents and has been going potty like a champ. She said he even woke up barely wet - which is good because he has a huge bladder, I swear it could hold the water from the Grand Canyon! Anyways, I am so proud my baby is growing up into a little man. He is so adorable running around in his "big boy underwear" - I don't think we have bought an actual package of diapers in a month. We are buying pull ups though, and we are going to invest in a toilet sprayer to clean the #2 accidents - we can't figure out a better way to spray them out so they can be washed! Ewww. Kaden is going to MIL's house tonight when Matt goes to work, so we will see how he is doing with the pottying. She doesn't work with him as much as we do, she's afraid her carpets are going to be ruined. Grr. He will probably come home in a pull up. Well, back to work, morons are out about in hoardes tonight.

Wii Fit can Kiss my A$$!

Well I got the Wii Fit off eBay after bidding for 4 straight days, as I was unable to find one in a store anywhere near NP. YAY!!! So excited! So, the day after Christmas I get the thing started and do my basic training and stats done. Then the f*cker tells me I'm overweight. Well, no shit Sherlock! Thank you Captain Obvious for the general lack of self-esteem! Not that I am oblivious to the fact, I know I am carrying around a lot more extra weight that I should be - I mean hell, I weigh as much as I did 9 months pregnant with Kaden. I have been very lazy and not watching what I eat. I knew it was going to tell me that, but the simple fact that this annoying little animated blob is telling me I need to lose some weight was frustrating. So, my New Year's resolution: lose 25 pounds {at least} by my brithday - April 16. I am definitely wanting to begin a better diet for myself - maybe not dieting but definitely watching what I eat.
Oh and to tell the Wii Fit to kiss my A$$! :D

Just stuff [=

Well, I changed up my blog a little bit, got rid of the Christmas stuff. I changed my header to a new picture of us {me, hubby and munchkin}, a good one of munchkin at Gma's house and then a picture of the three of us October 2005 - Kaden was 6 weeks old. We were visiting my Great-Gma Race, who passed away shortly after getting generation pictures done. 5 generations =]. Anyways.
I haven't seen Kaden since yesterday (wahh!) and I miss him terribly. He spent the night with my dad and step-mom and wanted to stay with them again today, so I decided to sleep in a little. Well, I way over slept and woke up 30 minutes before I had to be at work. I rushed around getting showered and dressed, and made it to work one minute early. Pheww. So, I didn't get to go see him before I went to work. Ugh, but it'll be just me and him tonight as Matt has to work at 6, so I will get him to myself tonight.

The day has come and gone...

Well, it is 12:03 am December 26th and Christmas is officially over! Although it came and went fast, it seemed to drag on forever!
Last night we went to my dad and step-mom's house to celebrate. Kaden got some toys and books. He was excited and we watched Wall-E (which is totally cute!) and he colored with his new markers and crayons. He got some new big boy underwear with Iron Man on them from my brother Cole, and squealed like a little girl - it was so damn funny! My step-mom's mom (Grandma Sheri) gave us a $100 check, and my parent's gave us $50, so we are trying to figure out what to do with that. Matt had to work, so he left at 6:15.
Today we woke up at 8 and lo and behold, Santa came!!! With a big shiny red bow, a big present awaited Kaden. He knew what it was before he opened it, a new BatCave!!! He tore through the rest of his presents like a maniac. He got the BatCave, plus three extra accessories for it. Some clothes, a few movies, bunch of toys (DUH) and some really awesome shoes. Matt and I bought quite a few Wii accessories to go with the Wii his parent's bought us for Christmas. I got Wii Fit, we also got Mario Kart with an extra wheel, Skate-It, Legend of Zelda and Game Party 2. Kaden got dressed (forcefully may I add) and we went to Matt's parent's house.
Kaden again made out like a bandit, getting present after present, most of which were toys (DUH again). Once he got a package opened and realized whatever inside was of clothing or other "boring" items, he tossed them aside and looked for another present. (How Rude!!!) LOL. Matt and I opened our Wii and Wii-mote and some accessories, and John and Larissa (his brother and sister in law) hooked theirs up and we played a few rounds of Wii Bowling - even my 55 year old father in law did! LOL it was soo funny. We went home and I played with my Wii Fit for a little bit and then went to work at 3.
Kaden has a playdate with his friends Cayden and Maddy tomorrow, meaning I get fun time with Joselynn and Maggie!! :)
Goodnight, I would like to see the back of my eyelids right now!!!

First Post - It's a Little Screwy

Ahoy matey's! LMAO. I am trying out this whole "write down your feelings and activites on a daily basis and see what your life entails" activity AKA blogging. :) I am new to the sorts, haven't kept a journal since middle school. Good thing too, because I have become one of the dark and dememted types LMAO. J/K. I am a jokester, I love to have fun. I have a 3 year old son, Kaden Ryan, AKA Munchkin, hence the title of my blog. He is my life's upmost joy. I have been married for almost 3 years to a wonderful man, Matt :) We've been through it all it seems over the last 5 years of our relationship. I think we are finally taking time to learn about eachother instead of merely tolerating eachother.
Well.. this is my first blog entry, let's hope that I didn't royally screw something up, as I am not the most 'graceful' of sorts - imagine an elephant in heels :)
